Returns & Refunds

At Antic Studio, each piece is made to order in London by skilled craftspeople. We work with natural materials and minimalist forms to create furniture that is not just functional, but emotional — designed to resonate with the spaces they inhabit for years to come.

We understand that buying a piece for your home, gallery, or project is a considered decision. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following returns policy:


Standard Items

If your piece is not made to a custom specification, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

  • Returns must be requested in writing within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the item is safely returned.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, minus any outbound shipping fees.


Made-to-Order & Custom Pieces

Made to order and custom pieces are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or faulty.

  • Customised finishes, dimensions, or materials qualify an item as bespoke.

  • If you’re unsure whether your item is returnable, please contact us via email to studio@anticstudio.com


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your piece arrives damaged or develops a fault, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Email us with a description and supporting photographs.

  • If confirmed, we will offer a full refund, repair, or replacement at no cost to you.

  • Please retain the original packaging where possible to assist with safe return.

Our furniture is designed with longevity in mind. We believe every object tells a story — from how it’s made to how it’s cared for. If you have questions about your piece or how to best look after it, we’re always here to help.
